Automatic thermoforming machine mod. RF with mechanical and intermittent movements to handle syringes, vials, bottles or similar products into trays by using hot thermoforming material from reel. Thermoforming is carried out by means of punches and compressed air. New product feeding system by means of “pick & place”. Tray lidding system with thermosealing material.
Machine available in special version, with film (thermoforming material) dimension up to 300 mm. |
